Laurie and Steve got married!!
And as I write this blog post, all about their beautiful wedding day it’s currently -1 degree and snowing! So I hope that if you're reading this with a similar view from your window as mine, it reminds you of all things warm and wonderful.
Laurie and Steve booked their wedding photography with me exactly one year to the day! I was so excited to be their photographer and to be returning to the stunning Watergate Bay Hotel in Newquay, Cornwall - if you’ve never been before it’s definitely a must-stay location with its modern, luxury interior and idyllic surroundings. Laurie and Steve told me of their love for the beach, being by the sea, dogs and of course, a good gin cocktail list! Which, was why Watergate Bay had to be the venue for their wedding!
This beautiful wedding was filled with lots of personal little touches and reflected some of their favourite places including; Paris where they got engaged and Bluebird, Kings Road where they had their first date!
If I had to describe this stunning beach wedding in just a few words it would be stylish, laidback, romantic and non-traditional - exactly what Laurie and Steve had planned!
